Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you submit a form, on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request when preparing a quote, and on our legitimate interest in securing and improving the website. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention period

Contact leads are retained for three years from the last contact and quote requests for three years from the request, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the publisher and, where necessary, to the technical service providers acting as processors: Resend for email delivery, Neon (hosted in the European Union) for the database, Cal.com for appointment booking, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data solely on our instructions and offer appropriate safeguards.
